I have been working at Ministry of Health Kuwait full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

we deal with so many difficult cases and i am working in a specialized hospital, gaining lots of experience. working hours between 7AM to 2 PM, 2 off days aweek

    Cons

very difficult to promote expatriates, and you can not move from ministry of health to private hospitals unless you exit Kuwait for one year at least, This is a must.
last but not least, there is an absolute power given to heads of departments, non questionable.
