    Pros

    Typical duties of medical officer 8 to 9 pmevery weekday and till 7 during weekend .
    Rewarding as it is freedome of my scedule

    Cons

    Time consuming and no time for CME .
    The income almost no longer to enable to have quality of time for travel

    Advice to Management

    No comment .no option

    Pros

    None really, the whole system is rotten.

    Cons

    Very very long working hours, no value added benefit and a rampant bullying culture.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a more conducive working environment and weed out bully's

    Pros

    There are some excellent experts in the field. We are always looking for ways to improve. Networking is possible at different levels. Support is available as well via these networks.

    Cons

    No enough senior level positions exist at the moment, some departments are having problems because of this. People not being placed in the right positions commensurate to their background expertise/knowledge.
