I worked at Minneapolis Schools full-time for more than a year
Pros
good benefits, decent coworkers, kids are amazing
Cons
the administration and the district did not do anything when it came down to keeping students safe. they took months to even make changes to moving a child from the school because he was extremely violent and we did not have a one on one that could work with him.
Advice to Management
do better. keep your students safe
