I worked at Minnesota Twins full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

All my friends thought I am cool cause I got to meet ball players. I got to go into work everyday and talk baseball.

    Cons

Hours- long hours were expected. Compensation could be better. Not having control of baseball operations. Product on field effected moral and paycheck.

I worked at Minnesota Twins full-time

    Pros

Working for the Minnesota Twins was the best job I have had in my career. The time I spent there was not long enough, and though the hours were long and the pay wasn't the greatest, the work was fulfilling and exciting. I miss it every day.

It is a great job for someone who is single without a family, but certainly would be more challenging for someone who is married with children. It is a 24/7 job, and you have to be willing to give up a lot personally to devote to your work. But, if you are single or in a position where you are willing to focus on your career, then it is certainly worth it.

[p.s. my last year at the employer was 2008, but that was not a selection above.]

    Cons

Aside from the lack of work/life balance, especially during the baseball season, there really are no cons of working for the Minnesota Twins.

    Advice to Management

Continue to support the culture and working environment you do!
