    Pros

Great pay, 401k, medical insurance, etc.

The benefits are great paid days off, you rack up vacation quickly and get plenty of sick time.

    Cons

60-70hrs per week, always want "better" results even when you are already beating your goals. Very "political" business, everybody knows or is related to someone else and there is a good ol' boy system firmly in place.

    Advice to Management

Don't hang on to bad employees just because they have tenure. Make room for others to advance and help the company grow!

    Mission Linen Supply Response

I worked at Mission Linen Supply full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely nothing aside from a paycheck and the hardworking employees

    Cons

Essentially anyone in management. I have never met a more racist, sexist, and homophobic management team in my life. They treat their production employees like cattle. It felt like a sweat shop.

    Advice to Management

Foster the growth of your new managers. You will continue to lose good people.

I worked at Mission Linen Supply full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Corporate office people are very nice.

    Cons

Pay is WAY below the industry standard which leads to a high turnover rate. Benefits for the office staff are terrible. There is no parking at any of their offices. Schedules and raises are based on favoritism not skill and seniority. It is common to hear extremely racist and sexist remarks from the management. They will threaten to fire everyone when things don't go their way and this happens frequently.

    Advice to Management

You are going to get sued for a lot of money if you do not do something about the racism and sexism in the Sacramento Industrial Plant.

    Pros

Very friendly and open environment to turn the industry and to make your way up the ladder in management quickly.

    Cons

Have to be used to working in a busy environment with multiple tasks needing to be accomplished all within a short period of time. Lack of communication between managers can be difficult.

    Advice to Management

Allow your managers and employees incentives to work on holidays or something. Show more value in the work that your employees due each day
