I worked at Missionary Training Center part-time

    Pros

No stress environment. Sit back and collect a paycheck. You get to be physically active in this setting and that is excellent.

    Cons

Management in the fitness department is the worst I've ever seen. They do not communicate well and are nearly impossible to reach.

    Advice to Management

Actually be at your job and while you're there maybe try managing and interacting with employees. Don't expect flawless work when you are never there. Do your job for a change!
