    Pros

friendly co-workers, respect and appreciation given, opportunities to work with the general public, different opportunities based on your qualifications and interests

    Cons

Since it is a government position, salary may not be equal to more competitive corporations, but the value you receive everyday from helping others find employment is well worth it!

    Advice to Management

Great job managing multiple teams at one time and keeping communication open with former employees, flexible scheduling is always appreciated!
