Pros

There are some great people working at Mitel, and the teams I worked with were great. Benefits are good too.

Cons

Upper Management is oblivious and just push to get money in. Management does not appreciate additional effort outside of work hours put towards Mitel's benefit. Management is lacking the understanding to escalate the company culture to next level.

Cons

* The upper management is aggressive towards making profit and is not sensitive towards employee concerns. * The support departments like HR, Finance and Facilities are not responsive * The HR department does not care for employees and is not approachable * The appraisal takes months and does not translate into anything from the employee's point of view * Archiac tools and processes are followed * Don't expect salary revision for years even if your performance is good. The company profits are not passed on to the employees and the company never makes prodit g during appraisal. * Politics and favouritism is a part of life. The management often turns blind eye and are not seriously concerned

Pros

It hard to a Pro unless your upper management or a stockholder.

Cons

Upper management doesn't look at quality of the job being done or workload being performed. The company buys out other companies and then as many do start cutting personnel without much regard to what those people are contributing or what issues will be caused by the loss. No honest care for their employees or for that matter their customer base.
