    -> Good team environment -> Technically strong -> Good products -> Good work life balance


    -> Top management has no vision or roadmap. -> layoffs can happen anytime. No job security. -> Business model is faulty. When things start going south, they cut heads off of low hanging fruit but top executives still makes their million dollars salaries.

    Unclear company roadmap and poor company performance which affects compensation and bonus.

    Lacks to accomplish what was projected Company road map is unclear No Variable payout's which are names as bonus No increase in compensation Worst HR policies.
