    Pros

Excellent benefits and work balance. Nice coworkers and very respectful. S Harassment is not tolerated.

    Cons

Important decisions affecting employees take forever. No direction from upper management. Lack of vision for the future. Unpreparedness for upcoming large workloads. The only decision for the future is to decrease budget in spite of the anticipated upcoming extra orbital amount of work.

I have been working at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Many of the people working at MHIA have been working there for 20+ years. It's like a big family.

    Cons

They'll never promote you. I've been with the company for 6 years and unless you'd also like to do the same thing for the next 20 years - don't work here.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and try to value them a bit more. The company makes millions of dollars a year.

I worked at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries full-time

    Pros

MHI has some amazing engineering products. For a market like India, there are tremendous opportunities. Learning is good along with the exposure in terms of customer and technology. Work environment is also good

    Cons

The pay structure is quite pathetic. It does not reflect that of a true MNC. India Management unfortunately is unable to drive the vision forward

    Advice to Management

Revise the Salary Structure and be more aggressive in a market like India
