I have been working at Moët Hennessy USA (More than a year)

    Pros

You learn a lot including using SAP Software system. How to be proactive and problem solver with last minute changes. Free sample one in a while. Happy Hours during summer.

    Cons

A lot of process when it comes to getting something done. Also most coordinators are employed by employment agencies so the position you have will always be temp unless you apply for position in the company.

    Advice to Management

Have more opportunities available for coordinators.

I worked at Moët Hennessy USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great portfolio. Best brands in super-premium spirits marketing.

    Cons

Many employees are complacent and have been with the company too long and are not challenged. Many employees simply "coasting" and contributing bare minimum. Corporate structure is flawed, pinning teams against each other for unnecessary overly-competitive internal environment. High egos not proportionate to talent.

    Advice to Management

Take risks and challenge employees to stay hungry to maintain competitive edge.

    Half day summer Fridays
    Great bonus every year
    Product allotment.

    Cons

    People.
Very little talent. Most pawn off work and finger point. Comrade is lacking. Every man for himself.
     Little room for growth.
    Hours not flexible.
Work life balance could be better.

    Advice to Management

Too many delegators, not enough doers.

    Pros

Parties, networking. Also Moet really prepares you for how screwed up corporate America really is. They showed me how " little people" with Napoleon complexes ruin lives.

    Advice to Management

Man up and take the blame for your screw ups and stop letting go hard working people.
