I worked at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great company for growth, amazing medical care for patients. Company offer pension. Most clinics are tight knit family.

    Cons

Management shows up to reprimand, and terminate. Nothing more. Pay is laughable at best. Hours are very long. You are always reminded that you are replacable. Yet clinics and many units are always ALWAYS short staffed, causing stress for most employees.

    Advice to Management

Hire management that is competent. Show up and support. Treat your employees better.
