    Great opportunity for experienced sales professionals to move into management quickly since there is high turnover of experienced retail managers since their jobs are much harder when they lose quality employees that haven't been paid their rightfully deserved commission. Sociopaths are at an advantage here as employees are actually required to sell certain devices to make commission, regardless of the customer's needs...

    Company seems to have a rotating door philosophy and does very little to retain the talented individuals that the training team and supervisors have spent much of their time developing. Chargebacks usually leave you in a constant negative commission position as a sales rep.     Advice to Management

    MobileNow will never grow to 200 stores if quality employees leave, and fraudulant ones stay. Spend less time battling commission chargebacks and start spending the same time disputing with Sprint. You can only ride the growth of Sprint for so long before the plateau and MobileNow cannot support itself based on upgrades alone when this happens. If you want to keep the rotating door scheme then plan on selling your company...

    Pros

    They will work around your schedule.

    Cons

    The HR department isn't as involved as they should be. High turnover rate. Most likely to be short staffed. The amount of work you do as a manager isn't worth the pay rate or commission, you might as well be a sales rep.
