    Pros

    Great colleagues, work-life balance that you can't complain about, learning opportunities and career progression are available if you pursue them actively.

    Cons

    Pay is not competitive. Tasks and roles can be too gray for some. Company branding not strong enough to attract 'creme-de-la-creme'.

    Advice to Management

    Management has done a good job of being supportive of subourdinates. More can be done on mentoring.

    I worked at MobileOne part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - benefit get half of what full timers get
    - pay is good and you can do OT
    After working for yeas, they will have a company sim to offer you

    Cons

    - must commit 5hrs/day for 5 days a week (includes at least 1 weekend)
    - alot of foreigners working

    I have been working at MobileOne as an intern

    Pros

    There are some good supervisors to lead you. Also students can learn more about communication systems and knowledge. Most of people are very friendly.

    Cons

    There are providing some snacks and coffee, but the cafe now is decorating, so it's a little bit inconvenience to have lunch around the company.

    Advice to Management

    As I have just worked here for 2 weeks, so there are not too much advice from me to management.I will update some if I have some in mind.

    Pros

    - Leaves, bonuses, and other benefits are quite standard
    - Depending on which department you are in, some bosses are great! And you can leave on-time

    Cons

    - When dealing with some other senior staffs (from other department), they can be a bully-type, so need to know how to handle them
    - Like a typical mid-size company, too many processes to do thing

    Take cares of your staffs under your care

    Pros

    the management and colleague are very friendly and supportive, the stress level is kept at a low to moderate level all year long. Work and life balance is good.

    Cons

    pay can be better, and the career progression speed can be increased, Also the benefit system can be revised to cater the modern needs of the employees.
