    Pros

Comfortable working pace and minimal stress, suitable for people with family commitments. Colleagues are generally friendly and willing to share.

    Cons

Not the place to be for people who are ambitious and hungry to learn. It is however a good stepping stone for fresh graduates.

Culture is conservative, not progressive enough for gen y workers.
