    Pros

The company has a very strong customer footprint so you end with a very strong roledex. However, this benefit deminishes year on year.

    Cons

Their space is becoming very compatitive and commoditized. Margins are going down drastically. Their customer (mobile carriers) are facing a lot of challenges in the new digital economy which is negatively affecting the company. They are trying to find adjacent markets but have not been successful so far. Management isn't the easiest to work with.

    Advice to Management

Pick the right domain and stay focused. You need to be an expert in one or two areas instead of trying to be everything to everyone. Better communication is needed specially internally.

I have been working at Mobileum full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very transparent about internal politics. You will get your paycheck.

    Cons

Obsolete technology. No ambitions to change. A company that takes pride in how chaotic and unorganized it is. High attrition rate. People have realized after years that they were working on old technology..so now they are unable to find jobs outside as the world is eons ahead. People that left and joined other companies are unable to perform and end up joining Roamware again to live the same misery. Looks like a one way ticket, so unless you like wandering, do your research before you join.

    Advice to Management

Please read the reviews on glassdoor. Anyone can see the picture without applying any big data technology. Drop the ego (old management), embrace change (new technology) and do what you did 10 years ago.
