I have been working at Mobilitie full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
It is in a exciting industry, especially in 5G century, also it is energetic, friendly environment, great people around, good benefit, free water and snack, the most impressive is that people are all smiling at all the time, a lot of smart people, some are big names in the industry.
As I can see the founder and chairman Gary is really ambitious in business and has very strong vision in 5G and related industries, a very nice business man
Cons
So far as I can see there is no concern for me as a engineer who used to work in 5 big companies in past 20- years

I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
Free coffee, snacks, and frequent lunches
Rarely a need to work beyond 8-5
Quarterly bonuses were nice
You have to be a SUPER terrible employee to get fired. Like there are multiple people there that should be fired (work performance or personnel issues), I don’t know how they’re still there.
Convenient location in downtown Chicago
The work itself is super easy
Cons
People who work hard are rarely the ones that get promoted. It leads to a lack of effort for some, and for others it leads to frustration. People who are lazy are allowed to skate by doing nothing and getting the same pay/credit as hard workers. It’s also a project based industry, so layoffs happen when the company doesn’t have enough work.
Advice to Management
Promote good employees, regardless of how popular they are. You will lose good employees and keep subpar ones.
Pros
Location is very convenient
Cons
Stress is prominent in industry
I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Great Co-Workers
Great pay and Benefits
Cons
Asked to perform functions that were owned by other groups and then held accountable for unfavorable results
Advice to Management
Certain personnel in Executive Management positions might need to be re-evaluated
I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Pay, benefits, teamwork, positive environment, management support
Cons
only con was job instability
I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Like the others employee reviews, snacks are great! Fun team building events and a SHORT list of dedicated, wonderful people who place the companies needs before themselves.
Cons
Mobilitie portrays itself as a small, growing company that values employees as family. The reality is unless you are one of the 1% of employees who are "family" in this environment, you may find the culture toxic while trying to rationalize questionable direction from management in order to keep your job.
Advice to Management
You are VERY talented and accomplished. Get your focus back to the original Long Term Customer and Top Talent retention that made this company great!
I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than a year)
Pros
The espresso.
ZERO stress.
Pool table outside.
Cons
Those who are impressed (or proficient in pretending to be impressed) by unimpressive people are rewarded and advanced.

I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than a year)
Pros
I cant think of a single Pro.
Cons
Leadership promotes lying to customers about project status. Leaders commit to unrealistic objective with customers and then blame workforce for not achieving the unrealistic goals and objectives. Never had a performance review in the two years I worked there. The HR team is a revolving door of staffing. All VP's are scared of the President and just tell him what he wants to hear even when it is untrue.

I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Good pay and benefits for full time employees. They offer quarterly bonuses if your department meets monthly forecasts for the client. Hard working and well educated workforce dedicated to the Sprint small cell deployment. There are some great people who work here and that was by far the best part of working at Mobilitie.
Cons
They play the blame game and entry level workers bear the brunt of it. Multiple mass layoffs. You are always wondering whether the company is stable and management is not transparent about the company's position. There are minimal professional development opportunities at Mobilitie and human resources is non existent. They make sure to take care of the favorites and chances to work on new projects go to workers with experience. Regulatory compliance issues could be impacting the company's chances for new deployment projects.
Advice to Management
Be transparent. Develop a more robust human resources department and invest in career and professional development resources for workers.
