-The company had some really talented and inspiring people
-The company had some great clients too, big names or industry leaders
-Great location, weekly happy hours, nice rooftop
-Management didn't value everyone's contribution to the overall company, played favorites which is noticeable with a small headcount
-Didn't give positions a chance before eliminating them
-Office politics played a part in unfairly eliminating certain positions
Advice to Management
Mentor all of your employees not just the ones that are stars.

Modco was open to suggestions and had an open door policy. I was able to help the business run more efficient by streamlining processes.
I was laid off due to bad acquisition decisions by management.
