    Pros

Good work environment and great food also. The music the store plays is also good. Nothing better than good food and good music

I have been working at Moe's Southwest Grill part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Tips are a good source of extra cash and something to work for. Tasks that need to be done are pretty simple.

    Cons

Sometimes feel under appreciated by upper management. Very redundant job when it comes to working fairly often in my opinion.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation to your employees

I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere. Easy work and great customers.

    Cons

The management is horrible. The pay is bare minimum for the amount of hours and work you have to put in. All they care about is money.

    Advice to Management

Don't have personal relationships with employees. Nor hire people you have dated.

I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The employees were an amazing close knit group at the time, our customer base was wide, and our regulars were a big motivation to continually provide the utmost levels of customer service.

    Cons

Long hours, no benefits(at this time, not sure about currently), the owners of this franchise were usually in a disagreement about anything. One owner was distrustful and often disruptive during business hours, and would discipline employees in front of customers (very very disrespectful and inappropriate).

    Advice to Management

At the time I was the "Management", I was young relaxed, but did have respect and trust for my employees. We all worked together very well, and in the event of an incident I would take them to the office and discuss it in an appropriate fashion. Like I said I was young and made mistakes, but overall a very fun and productive time in my life.
