    I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill part-time

    Pros

    Um, there were no pros.

    Cons

No machine, it's all hand washing in 3 sinks with no sprayer. No room for pans to be put away, and dirty dishes just go on the floor. I was told that all you need is "lukewarm sanitizer water" to clean dishes (scientifically proven!) . Place hasn't even been open yet and I got a sneak peek and decided to pass on the job.

I've read health inspection reports and a lot of Moe's problems are with how dishwashing is handled.

    Advice to Management

    Take dishwashing seriously.

    Pros

Great relationships with workers, strict method of doing things, happy and outgoing atmosphere, friendly environment, nice to know returning and dedicated customers

    Cons

Pay, working frying the chips for hours on end caused me to break out in acne, no one knew how to correctly cook rice or beans

    Advice to Management

Increase above minimum wage. That’s not easy work to do.
