I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill (More than a year)

    Pros

Shifts go by fast, easy work, can be fun interacting with customers and making their food, 50% food while working, flexible with schedule

    Cons

Quality of workers not great (depending on your store), Mondays are chaotic, non-busy times go by very slow

I worked at Moe's Southwest Grill full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Moe's team is one of the best, as far as talent and overall quality of people is concerned. It's a tight-knit group full of smart, fun people.

    Cons

Moe's is struggling to adapt to modern restaurant trends, and has developed a track record of choosing inexperienced or uninspiring leadership at the corporate level. (It appears that Paul Damico is still listed as the CEO of this brand. That hasn't been the case for a few years now.)

I have been working at Moe's Southwest Grill part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pays well, tips included. They work around schedules well

    Cons

Workload, no breaks (I have serious medical issues that I have spoken up about and a 10 minute break would help me a ton), you can not have an emergency and call out because there are so few people who work here, always busy, extremely nitpicky no matter how hard you work it will never be good enough

    Advice to Management

Start acknowledging the hard work people put in rather than constantly nitpicking. Also, I think it's illegal to have me work 7 hours without a break

    Pros

The only pros are that you get extra money for tips, and taking caterings. it adds about $200 extra dollars to your checks.

my specific location has poor management and i wish you were able to obtain insurance before a year. and the base pay isn't that good, but it's above minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

focus more on employee benefits and pay
