Pros
Great work life balance which is rare for an engineering firm. Work schedule is flexible. You have a choice to work 4- 9hr days and 1 - 4hr day weeks. Also the projects are very challenging and rewarding. Every project is different so you will learn a lot and never get bored.
Cons
They combine sick leave and vacation leave under PTO. It is okay, but not ideal. Also training can be improved.
Advice to Management
Assign mentors to new and younger employees.
