Moffitt is a vet try polite and collaborative place to work. I work on the administrative side and everyone takes time to work towards common company goals. People help each other and are very polite and friendly

Parking offsite and taking a shuttle to MCC adds an extra 30 minutes to the commute.

The pay is not bad.
Cons
The non clinical/research side of the business is disorganized and struggles with maintaining a process. Additionally, Moffitt continues to add products to their support stack that deprecate existing tools with out ever going back to get rid of old underused tools. Which leads to an ever growing list on tools, products, and services to support without adding additional resources.
