Pros are -management cares about their employees and want to help employees succeed -good pay, great PTO -extensive training -wfh opportunity -advancement opportunities

Can have the occasional frustrated patient calling, as long as you are helpful they usually calm down

The company overall is great. They go above and beyond to show that they care about the staff.

Parking is a big con. If you work at the main hospital you have to pay to park or take a shuttle.

The mission and quality of care for patients is unmatched.

Leadership is misguided and there is a significant disconnect between care provided/culture of Moffitt and leadership focus. Senior leaders are focused on the bottom line and allow other senior leaders to continue in roles they are not equipped to lead. Positions are left unfilled so leaders can hit targets to receive bonuses. Although I would receive care at Moffitt, I would not recommend working there in any role outside of direct patient care.

Sad to see patients deteriorate which can take an emotional toll on providers

Processes could be better, work flow for most positions in this department could use improvement, unorganized
