I have been working at Mohonk Mountain House full-time

    Pros

Steady work, large community, diverse staff, and staff can access the trails and recreational facilities on their time off (complimentary in most cases or with nice employee discounts for other events). Employee events such as golf tournaments, archery, disc golf, yoga, special meal events, holiday events (Easter egg hunts for your children), recognition programs, and opportunities in various fields of work. Beautiful setting.

    Cons

Open 365 days a year, chances are holidays are a must. You get so caught up in work, you forget to look what is outside your doorstep sometimes.

Be more honest about how little you'll be booked when you're brand new in the spa.
