    I worked at Mold-Tek Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good environment and colleagues(excluding managers) not anymore.

    Cons

    Below cons for Non management people:
    1 - Not for loyal, honest and hardworking people.
    2 - This company is not at all friendly to the employees.
    3 - Less experience in management.
    4 - They never understand employees pains and one more thing don't expect any favour from this company whether you are in or out.
    5 - There are few management people don't have common sense like respecting superiors(in experience not in roles) and employees.
    6 - This company people only gives promises!
    7- They don't have vision and strategies in some of their business areas.
    8 - Few management people they don't have experience in their businesses but they are leading the business because of this there are many employees are getting struggle.
    9 - Unprofessional management and HR and Process.
    10 - Don't join this company if you have another offer in your hand.
    11 - Making unnecessary decisions and putting rules which is impacts employees freedom.
    12 - Short tempered management makes employees pressurized.
    13 - Blindly making managers (ex:- Irrespective of skills, if the person brings the business even if not having any knowledge about that, then the person is getting appointed as a manager. Which is really embarrassing). And also it makes employees get frustration while working.
    14 - Don't think they have many businesses so job security will not be a problem. Here less job security in some departments.
    15 - Above all you won't find immediately for long run you will come to know.

    Advice to Management

    - Respect the employees and their feelings.
    - Think once before making any decisions.
    - Focus on your family members and teach them human and moral values.

    Carrier grwoth will be there and also there will good international market exposure.

    Visibility- Learning - Exposure
    I have been working here for 2 years and the learning opportunities are immense. You need to take complete ownership to see progress. Not much of hand holding but they treat you as an individual.

    Cons

    Salary and Benefits. Typical Indian based business model. A good company to start your career and adhere to based on economic growth and longevity.

    Pros

    Simply sitting, monthly getting. No talent more appreciation.

    Cons

    Worst managers, Hr team is the worst. I think it's more like a family and relatives business rather than for talented.I see that most of the employees are not engineers at all, even diploma candidates are considered for team lead and manager positions. The one who are staying from many years are of no use to other companies so they stay as long as they can work.

    Pros

    Worst office and worst management.

    Cons

    Worst company don't join in this company. The management they prefer only the people of their candidates. They management don't know why they recruit employees and terminate employees.

    If you join in this company your going to ruin your own life.

    Pros

    Employee friendly company
    Company pay salary on-time
    Good place for play politics
    Company provide ESOPS for employee retention, but for that you need to stay minimum 3 years

    Cons

    Over commit and never turned into reality
    No value for your decisions
    Unrealistic project deliveries
    Need to wait for work, not having technical capable employees
    No single decision maker from management
    Unbalanced onsite-offshore model
    Not best place for career oriented employees

    Advice to Management

    IT department should have single decision maker
    All commitments which are agreed while interview process should be fulfil, don't over commit for sake of your business continuity
    If you want to really grow in IT market, please maintain trustworthy relationship with clients
    IT team is growing year by year, need to place and implement polacies

    Pros

    - Running By Family Members
     - Not a good place to work for professionals
     - Not a right environment to work for females.
     - All are encouraging gossips and rumors including the management
     - Sexual Harassment for females from top to bottom

    Cons

    Major constraints are there. They will always make some decorations as and when required to hide the things. Salaries and hikes will be depends upon the favoritism and not in consideration of real performance and professionalism of the employees.

    They should come out with a reality and grow along with competitive world with good work life balance, ethics and values.

    Pros

    Its family run business even though public lid company.
    Nothing you will learn
    No value to employee
    No support to people
    They dont give good hike
    Management doesn't understand how to treat employees and their performance

    Cons

    I can say you will get good hike as u demand initially not after that. Nothing to say more cz there is no proper process and vision . They just exploring and experimenting.

    Advice to Management

    They should learn how to implement strategies . Find real talent not family members. Keep some vision in terms if what they want to achieve
    Management should know what is ground reality. Before hiring people do some study on market
