    Company just good for a temporary job.

    Cons

    Too much work with no pay . employees made to work every saturday forcefully . Leaves not allowed to be taken .employees not valued

    Increase pay and value employees

    Best for women who wants to earn just for pocket money. Timing is flexible.

    Cons

    If u r career oriented then a strict no to the company. Bcoz d experience gained is not valid n shud join as a fresher to d new company

    Too much of politics. And management shud reward ppl for their work not by influence.

    Pros

    An opportunity to explore applied bioinformatics, and grow in a short period of time. One of the best companies in India and the world itself, thus it is a good company to begin your career with.

    Cons

    Not many with the knowledge of core lifescience skills will do well as lab research is not available in this company. Initial pay is comparatively low.

    Advice to Management

    Increase initial pay scale.
