I have been working at Molecular Connections full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I didn't find any reason to keep working for this company.

    Cons

Now this list goes on and on.
    1. The salary is meager compared to the amount of work they ask us to put in.
    2. They WILL call you every weekend without fail.
    3. No extra curricular activity whatsoever.
    4. You cannot take your own leaves freely.
    5. Food is utter crap.
    6. The amount given as INCENTIVE is not less than a joke.
    7. Biased management.

    Advice to Management

Please recognize the worthy employees and appreciate them with an equally worthy incentive to keep them motivated and to appreciate their hardwork. The company also needs to keep their employees engaged with fun activities or else their won't be any motivation for them to look forward to.

I worked at Molecular Connections full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nothing good about this company. Future will be destroyed with guarantee.

    Cons

No other company will count this experience. Uneducated manager. Work for 10-15 hrs still not enough. According to manager please do not expect salary but work hard, money is not everything. Some people gave this company full star, those are the people who does not have any other place to go. This company is a trap once you join and realise that you made the biggest mistake of your life, it will be too late, they will not allow you to leave the company. The CEO will celebrate milestone achievement with chips and cold drinks. In short the company and the CEO both are very cheap like the manager. They will destroy your life like mine.

    Advice to Management

Go back to school and learn.
