    Pros

    With the incredible growth over the past few years, Molina has continued hiring at an exponential rate, and if a department doubles in size, that means you need another supervisor, another manager, etc. and so that creates a lot of opportunity for growth & advancement.

    Cons

    No complaints, it's been a very enjoyable 3 years and I've been provided a lot of opportunity.

    Pros

    Great company, the leaders truly care for the employees. Tons of growth opportunities within the company. Dr. Molina truly cares for the community and the employees.

    Cons

    Wish there was more communication from the department VPs. We get to find about a lot of stuff from the grapevine, instead it would be nice to get regular updates from middle management.

    Advice to Management

    Dr. Molina is great about communicating openly and honestly about the issues on hand, but more open and honest communication from middle management would be nice.

    Socially good company. Low risk of being laid off.

    Cons

    Lots of lazy IT staff with poor communications skills

    Train on specific basics, and actively monitor for improvement of communications.

    Great Benefits package (PTO, VTO,Paid Maternity leave, Heath insurance)
    Decent Building

    Hmmm...running out of good things to say

    Cons

    With all the great benefits that Molina offers, why would any employee be unsatisfied? Well, the management for starters could use a lot of work. Lackluster trainings, unrealistic production standards (can only be met if key steps are missed), managment worries about themselves instead of employees, supervisors micromanage (but not working themselves). There have been so much turnover, and I am sure the reasons are what I have listed, or more. Management expects you to do overtime on the weekends although you have a family at home,which was not stated during hire.

    Advice to Management

    Stop expecting UNREALISTIC production, while you continue to be inconsistent with rules. You are going to constantly loose employees, and waste money trying to hire new ones, you should fix the problems that are within the company first.

    Pros

    Good benefits, decent pay, work from home, some good employees that work there. Those are the only pros that I can think of

    Cons

    Favoritism from leadership, long work hours without being acknowledged. The good employees that are Salary work long hours and weekends while friends of leadership work their 40 hours a week and still get promoted

    Advice to Management

    Recognize employees that work hard and stop putting people in high level jobs because they are friends or friends with the owners. It's no surprise that the company is falling in stock prices around the time a large group of corporate upper management hired all of their friends that don't have the experience to be in those leadership roles.

    Managers can be full of crap. You have to know somebody to move up or be a filipino to become somebody
