    Cons

High volume workload - way over industry standard. Roughly 35+ reqs at any time. Applicant Tracking System - worst in class, no automation, no search capability and makes for manual redundant work. Siloed processes - not inclusive of key departments that effect recruiting process. Maxed out management- no professional cultivation or succession planning within TA. (Or really company) Lots of talk on improvements, no action only more work with not enough recruiters.
