    Pros

    Fast-paced team adept at changing quickly. People here work hard. There are opportunities to advance and further develop professionally, if you make it a priority for yourself. We are accountable, and our team has high expectations for performance because the programs we administer are demanding. This workplace isn't a good fit for those who don't want to work hard, quickly adapt to change, or have difficulty receiving feedback they receive.

    This is a very transparent, employee-focused organization, and I'm proud to work here. Great benefits and other perks like onsite gym, and Cafe.

    Cons

    Finding a work/ life balance can be challenging. Employees are a little spoiled, but is that a bad thing? Some processes not efficient, but improving.

    Advice to Management

    Getting and keeping the right people on the bus will take you far!

    Pros

    Friendly people, the values, nice big cubicles

    Cons

    Adherence is insane, the work load expected is ridiculous for the low pay. There is obvious favoritism within management.

    Advice to Management

    Be consistent. When new employees join, don't you want them to see that hard work pays off? So, rather than reward people with bad stats and write ups.. because they are your friends, try rewarding the hard workers who show up every day and give 110%. This will radiate throughout the company and infect others to want to work harder.

    Great culture and philosophy. Company like to promote from within so there is opportunity for advancement

    Local leadership. Lack of consistency. Company going through a transformation right now.

    Advice to Management

    Improvement in communication, even if it means speaking to the little people. Develop a strategy regarding process change to decrease the amount of wasted work, stress, and energy that could be better utilized.

    Pay and good coworkers.

    Cons

    Hard to take time off in the call center. Also doesn't matter how much experience you have, to move up it's based on favoritism and how much butt you kiss. Not easy to move out the dept.

    I love being a case manager. My office and co workers are great. This is the BEST management I have ever worked under. I wish the Molina's hadn't been let go because new CEO Joe White is laying us off come September:(

    Unorganized at times. Company has an agenda which is not shared all the time, and because of this, things do not always make sense.

    Provide reasoning of direction given and don't expect blind obedience.

    Strong focus on positive culture and taking care of member needs. Very ethical in how they conduct business. Encourage diverse opinions.

    Cons

    High demands, salary generally slightly lower than competitors.

    Advice to Management

    Senior leadership encourages healthy work / life balance, but because of the high demands put on front line employees, immediate supervisors generally don't support the directives of senior leadership
