    Good starting pay, opportunity for bonuses, raise if bilingual, good paid time off, good benefits, steady schedule, good management, organized, great training, clean healthy environment

    Haven't been here long enough to know yet, heavy traffic surrounding job site, that's about it

    Limited growth potential internally, health insurance coverage has gotten really bad, never ending layoffs

    Advice to Management

    Benefits have gotten worse but C suite management keeps telling us how great the company is doing. Start giving employees the same consideration that shareholders are given.

    Management on the customer service rep floor is terrible. Either you kiss butt or get treat differently.

    Human Resources need to contact employees and see why they quit and they actually need to talk to employees at the company to change things
