I have been working at Molina Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are flexible days with remote work and you can determine how you handle your work load. Great team based plan.

    Cons

The recent restructure process was nerve racking, but necessary. The remaining team is high performance

    Advice to Management

Create stability and help us grow

I have been working at Molina Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Amazing health benefit package
Great PTO and Holiday time off
    VTO possibilities
    401K benefits
Free gym membership to onsite work out area
Constant monthly incentives for healthier living
    Amazing working environment
    Growth opportunities
    Great working culture
Clear Mission and Vision of company as a business and community healthcare provider
    Educational Tuition Assistance for employees

    Cons

If production based in claims, stuck at seat since an hourly production goal is mandatory, even if you still hit goal at the end of the day.
Staying put in one position after a promotion for a mandatory year, so unable to apply to better suited positions based off of that alone.

    Advice to Management

Rethink the mandatory one year position if a person is really qualified for a position.
Open forums help more than you know among employees.

    Pros

    Co-Workers some of them.

    Cons

Hmm favoritism, nepotism not a lot of real growth from with in unless you are related to a higher up. People have literally slept their way through Molina and are still there. One in particular had hookups in the fitness center locker room.

    Advice to Management

    None
