    Very progressive and open minded corporate.

    Cons

    Challenge to align plan needs vs. corporate needs. Were not very open about the direction of Human Resources and laid off most of our team.

    Pros

    Owners (the Molinas) cares about employees. Family oriented. Very healthy place to work - back then.

    Cons

    New company directions is contrary to owners approach. New board members have changed the overall atmosphere of the company. Focus is more on profit at the expense of the employees

    The co-workers were great! But many of them were laid off.

    Higher ups don't care for the employees but the nickle they can save

    Pros

    Fantastic insurance and decent benefits. Peers and management are generally very helpful. This is overall a decent place to work.

    Cons

    Work load and unrealistic expectations . Senior leadership very ineffective with minimal past exposure to work load and how assessments are conducted. Too much driving.

    Pros

    There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. It is an environment that is fast paced and always changing, so if that excites you, this is it.

    Cons

    The spending cost on technology can be a lot better. Managing staff with subpar tools can be strenuous and time consuming.

    freedom, minimum supervision, flexibility of work schedule, good benefit, generous 401(K) matching

    lack professional growth opportunity; healthcare technology behind; silos, did not value my contributions to the company; different kinds of people asked the same question over and over again
