    Pros

Making a difference in the lives of our members by helping to provide quality healthcare is a good feeling.

    Cons

The job is challenging because of constant and inconsistent changes to processes; in other words way more stressful than it has to be.

    Advice to Management

It all depends on the individual manager you work for.

    Pros

Flexible Schedule, Benefits, Jeans Day on Fridays. Co-worker and supervisor support. Serving those that need the assistance.

    Cons

Inconsistency, Workload expectations, disconnected upper management. Feel more like just a "warm body" to do the job. Molina Healthcare was such a great place to work for...as of January 2017, everything changed. Very Disappointed.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to connect to the folks "in the trenches". Focus more on the human variable than the numbers on a report.

    Pros

You're part of a bigger cause, helping the members receive "affordable" healthcare.

    Cons

Management treats employees in a certain department like robots. Employees exceed expectations but management then pushes for more. They are trying to find the breaking point and employees are too afraid to speak up for themselves. On the other hand, Management does not seek to receive feedback from the employees. One Molina? I think not.
