    I worked at Molins full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nice folks. Very good at employee morale etc...

    Cons

    Mired in mature businesses and hence no growth - leads to limited opportunity. High turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Pick one or two verticals and invest!
