    Wonderful Opportunity

The beer industry is complex and challenging but it's rewarding to be part of a sales organization that focuses on the well-being of its employees. I feel like I am constantly learning and being supported by my manager. My colleagues are some of the brightest people I know and it's a privilege to work alongside them. The monthly beer stipend is a really awesome perk.

Be prepared to relocate if you want to move up in the company. But MillerCoors offers a generous relocation package and in the end, it's worth the move if you are looking for long-term commitment.

Work/Life balance was good. Benefits are pretty good if you go with the HSA Beer is sort of fun to work for. 401(k) and company match is on par with other companies of similar size. Most of the people are enjoyable to work with

Middle management is hit or miss if they are truly qualified for their position. There is a large segment of employees that are long timers and work within a specific range of productivity (usually low) and rarely vary from that, A lot of 'That's someone else's problem/job' mentality. Beer benefits are overrated and the Company takes that value into your total compensation whether you use it or not. The MC definition of 'Mentoring' more like networking rather than learning professional and life skills.
