    Good salary, flexible work hours, not too restrictive of a corporate environment, free cases of beer monthly

    Cons

    Isolated work environment (everyone does their thing seemingly separated), not very communal, higher-ups in different city, making communications hard/not efficient, bad atmosphere (a lot of complaining), company constantly restructuring, sapping any enthusiasm

    Pros

    Great Brands, but a lack of marketing expertise to enable those brands. The company has huge potential if the leadership can take some bold steps. Great international presence.

    Cons

    Terrible at career management. Politics override good decisions consistently. Lack of real leadership across the senior team.

    Advice to Management

    Build the strategy from the ground up, rather than come up with some words in a boardroom. Get specialists in specialist areas.
