I worked at Molson Coors full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Friendly environment - open culture and leadership style. There is opportunity for cross functional development. High on Corporate Responsibility and community affairs. Compensation and benefits top quartile.

    Cons

Tends to be a short-term view when the chips are down - cutting costs and some-times jobs to meet goals.

    Advice to Management

Put employees before investors - don't use employee costs to balance the books
