    Pros

Great products that you could believe in to use and promote to sell with respect The discount on products and the monthly incentives were great.

    Cons

The leadership that was hired was very unprofessional and would harass the staff and managers about not being luxury enough for the brand.

    Advice to Management

The company should have kept the London office has its main go to as opposed to hiring in leaders that were disrespectful.

    Nice products
    Nice team
    Lovely store

    Cons

My manager at the particular branch I worked at was the worst I've had, very rude and this is the reason I left, as well as being put down for full-time hours after explaining I was at University.

    Advice to Management

The branch I worked at (Cambridge) was lovely except for my manager who ended up being the reason I left

I worked at Molton Brown full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, product allocation and discount

    Cons

Lack of trust, heavily sales orientated and not customer focused and have lost the personal touch that they used to have. It used to be all about the customers needs now it is about making money.

    Advice to Management

Go back to being the brand that you used to be and not are now. Too many good employees have been "disposed of" for the good of the business but to the detriment of their customers.
MB have lost their way, identity and personality when it comes to employees - back to basics and staff first is what is needed!!!!!!!!

I worked at Molton Brown part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good staff discount and pay - but does that outweigh the cons?

    Cons

The staff have no sense of 'team' work, and in fact back stab one another to try and grasp a higher ground.
Understaffed and sales advisors over worked. During my temporary contract five members of staff left.
Unrealistic targets which means you'll never meet bonus.
Manager couldn't care less about staff - rather replace than work with them.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff like human beings, who have emotions and a life outside of work.
