    I worked at Molzen-Corbin & Associates full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

This a small company that gets its right. The upper management knows what they are doing when it comes to clients and finances. The technical people are very knowledgeable in all aspects of engineering and architecture. And lastly there is a family oriented atmosphere within the company and is very enjoyable to be around. Benefits a great as well.

    Cons

For young, ambitious employees looking to climb the corporate ladder quickly, this company is not structured like that.
