If rock climbing is something you enjoy, working there gives lots of opportunities to go climbing not just at their gyms but at other gyms across the country.
Cons
As a Youth Coach there are only a limit number of hours that it is possible to work. Teaching the younger youth also seems like a completely different challenge from teaching the older youth.

Aug 25, 2021 - Gym Operations Staff in Seattle, WARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Really good benefits - Coworkers with similar interests - Good hours - Somewhat decent pay for position
Cons
- Manager was lazy and sometimes condescending about climbing - Full-time workers were valued much much more than part-time. Despite part-time always working the less desired shifts - Can be really really boring and slow
