I have been working at Momentum Marketing Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Tons of top down training from the campaign management position and beyond.
There is a lot of growth currently in the industry and their is a definite model to follow. For the right person who is incredibly ambitious it is a wonderful fit. In my one year with the company I have seen five people get promoted to the executive position. The training is challenging because the expectations are high and the growth potential is very obvious.

    Cons

    Time commitment.
Explain the why more behind the hiring process.

    Advice to Management

Only hire full time career professionals.

I have been working at Momentum Marketing Group full-time

    Pros

You become very confidence but hate the person you become when you lie to a lot of old people into buying bad product but if you don't the CEO will threaten to fire you and makes you lie to the people you manage. Makes you work hard takes up all your time

    Cons

the CEO will ask you to write good reviews for the company.
The company has been sued multiple times.
You stand in a Sam's Club 8 hours a day and sell product that tends to break a lot. You have to learn how to be very good at lying.
You have to have as false positive energy around you and become very fake. They call it critical conversations when you're doing something they don't like. Only works with the people the manager likes it's very like a popular status. They try to find ways to pay you very little. Always check your hours cause they change it to less hours.

    Advice to Management

Just be very honest with your information. Be Hands-On with your people instead the people you tend to like. Stop changing the hours that people put in just to pay the bare minimum

    Pros

They pay you $5 for gas which is way less than the 51 cents a mile the standard is.

    Cons

This place is not complex. You stand in SAMs club on your feet for 8 hours a day and sell cheap over priced gimmicks to people walking by who do not care or want to be bothered. If that is complex then maybe this job is for you.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to people with misleading job titles and hire people who fit your demographic. Don't poach college students and waste their time.

    "Fake reviews and fake interviews."

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

I honestly can't think of any. This place is a major pyramid scheme that posts job postings under multiple different company names.

    Cons

They offer fake interviews, very unprofessional, will pretty much offer you an interview with no basis at all. The job descriptions are not what you will actually be doing.

    Advice to Management

Stop posting these fake 5 star reviews, its really obvious and it makes you look even worse than you already do.
