    Pros

The residents are the only pro.

    Cons

Management doesn't care about it's employees. CNA's and Nurses over worked. They don't hold lazy CNA's or inept nurses accountable.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and grow a pair.

I have been working at Monarch HealthCare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are very eager to hire. Great place to start if you are a CNA or TMA without prior experience. Also the union for CNA/TMA's is fairly strong.

    Cons

Entry level pay. I have two years CNA/TMA experience and I only make 14.83/hour. Also their HR person is absolutely terrible. Fairly high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Increase salary if you want longer retention

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Monarch HealthCare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Taught me a lesson to do better research on the company. Search current/past employee forums, ask around etc.

    Cons

Such an abusive environment upper management knows of problem managers and do absolutely nothing intimidating and unacceptable behavior. Going to HR is a joke they rather keep a revolving door of hires. They expressed no desire what’s so ever for employee retention.

    Advice to Management

Closer review on managers with HR complaints and troublesome employee retention departments
