I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great products and brand recognition. Opportunities to advance and work in different jobs especially for younger people. Overall compensation is competitive with similar companies.

    Cons

Unethical, dishonest, political leadership, job eliminations and outsourcing. Morale and motivation have never been worse. Leaders either don't see it or don't care.

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Literally nothing unless you enjoy working by yourself and doing more work than you get paid to do

    Cons

The company overpaid employees for mileage a few months back and is making everyone pay them back for their errors LOL. Management is terrible and sales reps generally don't give a damn about anything. The company's all about the bottom line and don't care about the job being done correctly.

    Advice to Management

    Be a better company.

I worked at Mondelez International part-time

    Pros

tried to hire for diversity (this was opposed by lower level supervisors), was hired through phone interviews based on solid work experience and track record $13 hr

    Cons

mgmt appeared disorganized, poor to no training, poor communications , could not give me a set schedule of expected work, wanted a "mule"

    Advice to Management

have a checklist for employee training, make sure employees watch safety videos before being put on the store floor, dont let supervisors dump their training responsibilities on their already over-worked employees who resent having to take on the "newbie" plus being timed and having to do their own tasks, supervisors need to avoid making faces and side glances at new hires who can read these expressions as "rejection" or "intolerance", have a clue do not schedule a new hire, when you have no time to train them due to your already hectic schedule

-Not stuck in an office all day

    Cons

-You are a number and nothing else
    -24/7 availability
-Work continues even after getting home (phone must be on at all times and email for schedule the next day need to be sent out to everyone working for you)
-Minimal pay for work put in
    -Compensation benefits are lacking
-Turnover is high for those who have other options to change companies

    Advice to Management

-Draining your employees won't make them more productive.
-Allow for some actual downtime for employees to regenerate their energy and positivity for the next day.

    Pros

    Company Car and great Associates

    Cons

    Poor company leadership and Management

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employee's, and not use them as pawns in a chess game. Don't expect 50 plus hours of work to be done in 40 hours of time and say you need to think outside the box. Management needs to think about work life balance instead of their own pockets.

    Pros

New Ipad tablet and Android cell phone for work purposes, but everything regarding apps are blocked.

Sales Representative makes your day to day schedule for you. This is a merchandising role, you will not actually be selling. No flexibility, GPS tracked. No company car for this position.
