I worked at Mondelez International full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits
    Good location
    Work life balance is provided

    Cons

Sometimes feel as though working in circles. Ideas come and go, needs good direction and for it to stay a while. Groups within don't understand what other groups are working on, need more cohesion between to work for the greater good

    Advice to Management

Better direction and maintain some long term focus

I worked at Mondelez International part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome scheduling - I made my own hours around my full time job. Pay was good.

    Cons

Management sucked. It changed 4 times while I was there and each one was terrible. They preached communication but never answered my emails.

A lot of work without recognition. Sales reps were always so stressed out and any small mistake you made affected them.

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The positives outweigh the negatives. As with any company the work load and responsibilities increase. Companies want more from their employees. With that being said, yes, it is a lot of responsibility. Achieve your objective, direct employees under you both full time and part time Merchandisers. Ultimately you are responsible for a million dollar business.
Pros are: flexibility, benefits, company car for sales reps, vacation time, occasional team building activities, fast paced environment.

    Cons

If you are not a self starter and do not take the initiative to go above and beyond you will not be recognized. Work hours can be long. There is no set "work hours". The day is done when you have finished all of your tasks for the day. There is never a week with less than 40 hours. Most weeks are over 40 hours. Hours of administrative time, working at home, (giving merchandisers directions, sales planning, trouble shooting) often go unpaid, due to them only allowing 2 hours of admin time a week.
Computer scheduling app, IDEPLOY, is a joke. Unrealistic work loads. Plenty of Downfalls to the system

    Advice to Management

Let the sales rep schedule their help as needed. Fix the IDEPLOY system. Have more team building activities, show more appreciation for dedicated employees who go above and beyond and need minimal support.
