    Advice to Management

continue to promote work life balance as it's easy to loose that in a sales role

No perks for contractors. Even a mondo mug or any company bling would be fun.

Recent positive reviews are all from consultants they work with, not actual employees that actually work at the company... sneaky way to boost their rating - they offer staff gift cards and bonuses if they get consultants to leave positive Glassdoor reviews.

    Cons

Obscenely racist. They label potential candidates as "rwb" or "red white and blue" which is code for "white." Candidates are rated on their "communications skills" which really means their command of the English language and an English accent - anyone with an accent not from America need not apply.
Management is exceedingly young and inexperienced. Leaves way for a very unprofessional work place. On my first day my manager told me she doesn't wear bras. Why that was something I seemed like I needed to know, I'll never understand. Additionally, the management is aggressively catty. They hold grudges against employees they decide they do not like - it's rather absurd and cliquey.
Work hours are grueling. You're expected to be in your seat by 8 AM and stay until the whole team hits their goal, at least 6 PM, sometimes as late as 9 or 10 PM. You're also working on off-hours, which is peculiar considering employees are paid hourly rather than at a flat salaried rate. They offer unlimited PTO but you're lucky if they allow you to use it. They make you feel bad for utilizing the benefit, and then expect you to be available and on your phone while you're on vacation.

    Advice to Management

Training isn't going to fix this - you need to remove the root of the problem from the top down to change the culture you've created and fostered.

I have been working at Mondo full-time

    Pros

Their is nothing good about this company. This Company forces people to create positive reviews.

    Cons

They treat incoming staff like garbage! You will apply, someone gets back to you and then never returns any of your calls or messages. This is by far one of the worst, unprofessional companies I have ever encountered! Do not waste your precious time interviewing because they will call you to call them back and the NEVER EVER call you and then leave you hanging out to dry!

    Advice to Management

HR and recruiters here should be ashamed of themselves! Maybe try calling back prospective candidates instead of leaving voicemails and never getting back to people!
