    I worked at MoneyShow.com full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good, solid hard working people working there. Teams all worked together to get projects completed. Decent base with commission incentives

    Cons

Turmoil at the top of the company, sometimes management was slow to listen to sales people on the front lines, which caused for over priced packages

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people and do a better job of taking care of clients, especially long time clients.

    I worked at MoneyShow.com full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

MoneyShow is a clear leader in trade shows and themed cruises (investing, politics, etc.). Working there affords memorable travel and many exciting opportunities. There's also lots of firsthand exposure to world-class financial professionals, TV and media personalities, and more. I gained useful knowledge and career experience there.

    Cons

Mood changes like the weather outside. There's regular internal conflict, and it just wasn't the happiest or healthiest working environment. High rate of turnover suggests that it's only for people with thick skin, and I, for one, was quite unhappy and didn't have it.

    Advice to Management

I'm gracious in many ways for my time there, but it takes a special sort of person to be a lifer.

    I have been working at MoneyShow.com full-time

    Pros

Their business products, especially their online outlets, are top-notch and very innovative. Small business environment means getting close to co-workers quickly. Opportunity to work directly with extremely reputable financial experts is afforded at all levels.

    Cons

The small size of the company can be seen most in the lacking HR department. Boundaries between work and personal life can be blurred at times.
