    Pros

    The people are great, the culture is very positive and many opportunities to keep learning throughout your time with the company. Great place to work

    Cons

    Work life balance can be difficult sometimes, environment can be intense depending on specifics of project and everything.

    Pros

    Great holidays - 32.5 days, excellent pensions options (up to 18%), social committee put on a lot of events, people are generally very nice,

    Cons

    Very political, and due to nature of the organisations work, things and the direction of things can change a lot. A fair level of over bureaucracy. Salaries aren't great

    Advice to Management

    Trust your staff...

    people are very nice, not aggressive at all.

    Cons

    salary too low, not many strategy projects

    Pros

    Lots of very bright people who are great to work with mostly from the bigger management consultancy firms.

    Good work/life balance in my part of the organisation but sometimes need to (expected to) work long hours if needed to deliver a particular project.

    Cons

    Some very bright people with high IQs but low EQs.

    Pros

    Interesting sector, intelligent and efficient people on the whole. Lots of ex-big 4 people with specialist transactions or nhs experience.

    Cons

    Underdeveloped systems and processes for the rapid growth the organisation has experienced.
    Some negative behaviours by senior staff unhelpful in fostering a collaborative team environment.

    Advice to Management

    Recruiters need better managing as there is a massive expectation gap in terms of progression prospects and role responsibilities for a lot of new joiners.

    Internal progression restrictions mean good people have to leave to progress/receive what they are worth whereas new joiners are recruited at higher salaries with equivalent or less relevant experience.

    Certain senior people can have a detrimental impact on staff morale and culture in some departments.

    Intelligent friendly people
    Interesting sector
    So many different roles and opportunities to move sideways - economics, pricing, competition, legal...

    Cons

    Not really pushing the boundaries, it was a new and innovative place, but seems to have gone off the boil. I think it could do with re-focusing on patients and thinking about what is in their best interest not in the interest of FTs

    Pros

    Lots of young very talented people who take their work very seriously. I work with a strong team who support one another...

    Cons

    Can be quite clique but once barriers are broken people are generally very friendly.Some Senior Managers lack leadership skills. Elements of bullying but no investigation's that I'm aware of so far.....

    Advice to Management

    HR need to be organised and need to deal with Staff Senior Management issues/ relationships
