Pros
Easy to get a job Hard to get fired
Cons
Long hours Corporate is constantly changing every single thing so there is no stability. This includes working hours, prices on items and services, they’re constantly adding new duties on top of a large to-do list. 62k is not that much. They make bonuses hard to hit and they took away the courtesy shuttle and make you use your own vehicle to go and get parts and shuttle customers around without compensation. Once you get to the store manager this is where your promotions stop as district manager positions are very slim. Odds are you would have to move to another state in another region if you so happen to even get the job.
