    Pros

    Good pay for technicians if you hit commission..

    Cons

    Not ever able to hit commission because they take away over time, jobs aren't sold properly or in full. Turn over is at an all time high. Claims oil changes drive business but turn around to just give away chargeable services with said oil change. Monro forward is a joke if you don't make the inside of the stores look any good. The shop areas are pitiful, along with the equipment.
