      Cons

Sometimes lousy events like a gas station, 711 etc when you give away 3 cans total and its very boring. Communication with higher ups is atrocious

      Pros

      Free Monster Energy Drinks... sometimes.

      Cons

Having industry experience doesn’t matter. Your lead will most likely be from another market with absolutely zero experience in the market you’re hired onto. When that unexperienced turd asks for help, they will snub you because you’re not in their affluent circle. Regardless of what the pandemic did to event marketing, they went ahead and hired a moron to hire their friends of higher ups’ kids and scratch each others backs and train the young employees on how to flub the numbers to make the lead look better. Meanwhile the lead is not even in the field, doesn’t do ANY research for their market, blames the boots on the ground for them not having supplies when it’s THEIR JOB as a manager to provide it. PPE, basic tracking paperwork, and lord know what else—will ALWAYS be the fault of people actually doing the work—while they sit at home and make powerpoints about it. They play favorites, but what’s worse, is that they’re also under experienced. So if you’re used to making good supplemental income as a BA... don’t expect it here. This is a dead end bs job that throws shade on anybody else that isn’t in their circle, and the pay/hours guarantee are a complete joke. Did I mention that they also don’t take COVID-19 exposure seriously? Hey, have two weeks off while they try to cover their tracks of how they mishandled the entire situation, and then terminate you because reporting anything is considered a “business disruption.” I will gladly go die somewhere else.
