I have been working at Monster Energy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You are able to pick and choose what days you would like to work on a weekly basis. Being able to take product home from time to time is a plus as well. You receive plenty amount of gear to wear, some exclusive only to employees. You are very well compensated depending which market you are in.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement, unless you know the right people.

    Advice to Management

A lot of MAT's will take advantage of the job and not do work. Hire within and do not hire friends.

I have been working at Monster Energy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun with a lot of opportunities. As a brand ambassador I have a say in my availability which is perfect for what I'm doing right now. I can also choose to go on trips to various places as well, working for the company. My boss and his bosses are honestly great people to work with and they have a realistic understanding about life situations! They actually care about my (our) wellbeing which is really nice.

    Cons

It could just be my specific region but there's not a lot of hours to go around. We did get an increase recently but its a very part time gig.

    Advice to Management

More hours to those who really want or need them!
