I worked at Monster Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company years ago, but major changes in leadership and politics made it an unbearable and discriminatory workplace.

    Cons

Discriminatory workplace, poor salaries, hostile working environment. Beware of HR.

I worked at Monster Energy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you're a diligent, reliable, and dedicated worker, you'll be rewarded with an amazing culture, an uncommonly fun work environment, and lots of interesting experiences in all kinds of fun places.

    Cons

THESE ARE NOT CONS, read further: It's not for everybody and much of this depends on whether or not you've got a compatible personality- YMMV per position and capacity. It's not the highest paying for the BA/MAT position I had but it's 100% worthwhile, I make much more now but would be happy to work there again at a pay cut.
