I worked at Monster Energy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

We were allowed to give our availability weekly which was awesome. It gave me a lot of freedom to be able to pick and chose which days I worked. Team was really fun and engaging and the locations we got to go to were pretty cool. Overall I loved working for them and was sad when I had to leave for other employment

    Cons

    Nothing to really put here

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work

    Pros

Good experience with distributors and opportunity to work for a cool company. From time to time you get to go to events

    Cons

Pay is below average. Raises are minimal. Promotions don't not happen quickly, this big company try's to operate like a small one.

    Advice to Management

    Pay better

I have been working at Monster Energy full-time

    Pros

The company provides a fun and laid back atmosphere, great benefits, and a very knowledgeable team. The holiday perks are great as well.

    Cons

Slow employee growth opportunities, imbalanced pay for similar roles and pay could be better overall. Room for growth/improvement on middle management structure.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your employees better and recognize/acknowledge their talents. Make efforts to grow those employees from good to great, and beyond.

I worked at Monster Energy (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly people, monthly lunches, good bonuses, great Christmas events/opportunities, secure facility (lots of cameras and security staff), opportunities to win cases of Monster through ride share program, good benefits package.

    Cons

Some management is either micro-management or not as accessible. Some security staff only friendly to chosen few employees, ignores/doesn't acknowledge the rest of the employees.

I worked at Monster Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Casual environment, on-site cafeteria, free Monster while you work, monthly employee lunch and other freebies, they hire lots of temps - give you a chance to stick around or not (if you have that option) before they make you a Monster employee. Once you are, they make it easy to move to other jobs within the company

    Cons

They make your body comfortable in your cubicle only to blast you with intercom music 24/7 so it's hard to focus on your work and make a phone call. Result: mostly young employees (sorry but I wasn't born with ear buds in my ears) and a Kindergarden atmosphere. Middle management treats everyone equally....like a child

    Advice to Management

If you like to have business experienced reliable employees, do something to make them stick around
