I worked at Monster Government Solutions full-time for more than 8 years

Senior management is very supportive. Strong sense of teamwork in the organization.

    Cons

Only the usual downsizing pains following an acquisition.

I worked at Monster Government Solutions full-time

    Pros

Good Capture Manager and Proposal Team. They are experienced with procuring with federal government.

    Cons

The company promises you training but when you then join, they cancel. They issue you dirty, old refurbished laptops for business use. Extremely quiet sales floor. Sales Managers sit in their isolated glass offices. Fosters an environment of abusive behavior from solution engineers - borderline hr violations...solution still not fedramp certified jeopardizing the future of the entire enterprise platform offering. Extremely long sales cycle and when awards finally received, they will go to executive leadership for "windfall evaluation'" - meaning a portion of your commissions goes to the struggling parent company Monster Worldwide. The culture here is to report to office (Tysons Corner) on a daily office. You will be transported to the late 1990's with the tired decor.
