Company's turning around. New CEO is great. Lots of changes for the better. Very good benefits. Monster has good reputation. Looks good on resume.
Many organizations used to be siloed, and now need to work together. Taking a long time for communication to happen naturally. Has to be mandated to work currently. Few written procedures or standards, but that's starting to improve.
Advice to Management
Make sure there's a downside to bad team behavior, lying, and sketchy performance. Creates frustration and anger when a person who needs to leave the company isn't dealt with just because they have one good skill. It isn't worth it. The rest of the team is furious - every day. Have 360 degree feedback reviews so senior management can be assessed, as well.
