    -Great place to start in a management position.
    - Work life/balance is respected.

    -Pretty much have to train yourself as you go.
    -There is a lot of room for being left in the dark.
    -Lack of communication.
    -Union dominates management in this corporation.

    -Train staff accordingly.
    -Set rules from the very beginning with staff(union) and stand by said rules.

    Great benefits. They really value (and promote) a work/life balance. Fantastic (and smart) co-workers.

    Cons

    Can be bureaucratic at times. Large organization, so sometimes it is easy to get lost in the crowd, even if you are a top analyst.
