Beautiful facilities, Quality products, Talented workers
Cons
Popularity is very important, you are either in or you are out. Support of new talent is strong at first but tapers over time, leading to a toxic work environment There is an overall lack of trust from Management. High expectations for output with low wage opportunities for the market, with an exception for commissioned sales staff, who are paid in proportion for their efforts. Poor training process creates atmosphere of inconsistency in customer service. Big, creative egos surround with drama that follows.
