    I worked at Montupet

    Pros

Great leadership with good vision, employees are highly valued. There is room for growth and personal development is encouraged. Communications are good and cascaded through all levels of employee. Ownership and accountability is encouraged at all levels. Get to travel to other sites around the world too! Good place to work for engineers, to learn and be involved in leading edge technology and design.

    Cons

Fluctuating automotive market means peaks and troughs in the order bank. Being a foundry, the environment is not cleanroom standard, however it is not at all bad, and in fact probably much better than many may imagine.
